I typically went to Gerald in Naperville but they had a long back log before I could get my vehicle in. I was able to get my Vehicle serviced at Hawk in a timely fashion. I had to call twice to see if my car was ready. The service person gave me two problems with my car, neither of which appeared to be the problem. The diagnostic report I paid quite a bit for was diffe service person gave me two problems with my car, neither of which appeared to be the problem. The diagnostic report I paid quite a bit for was different than the very expensive leak that didn't exist. A call did not provide answers. I will be contacting the dealership's service manager and general manager regarding these issues. The only good thing about this visit was that the shuttle drivers were very courteous and polite. More
