The service department is a joke. The management there is terrible. The only thing that brought me back there was the service advisors and most of them are gone now. Truck was towed in July 13. Told that they would diagnose July 22. I called July 21 to confirm. Called July 22,23 and July 26 for update. Angus was pleasant and said he would be my service representative. Next day he was not the person who called w an update. I got no communication until I went in person. Totally unsatisfactory experience in communication and customer service. Ultimately, we took the truck somewhere else, because dealer told us they could not do repair. More
Held my car for over 2 months on a 3 week repair & even had to take it back the day after getting it back to me. All of this with no compensation or apology from the service management.
