This was my first visit to this Hawk location. I would have to say I was very impressed. This location is quite large in size. I really liked the service pull in area. As soon as it was my turn to hand over my keys the service writer was right there waiting for me. The waiting area had a great selection of coffees to choose from. Went for just an oil change. Had to go back because tire gauge was screwed up they said I needed a new sensor. But now it is working fine. Wanted me to come again because putting on lots of air conditioning gauge was screwed up they said I needed a new sensor. But now it is working fine. Wanted me to come again because putting on lots of air conditioning is making it shift hard now. Be sure to remember that I just wanted an oil change. Nothing else was wrong when I took the car in. Manager of service has never called me back. I won’t be coming there again. More
