I had the car serviced but found that the the bottom of the car wasn’t cleaned properly in spite of a 2.5 hr wait time. I found the ac hog and low pressure caps on the suspension mounts inside the hood. So the car wasn’t cleaned properly in spite of a 2.5 hr wait time. I found the ac hog and low pressure caps on the suspension mounts inside the hood. So signs of rushed work. I felt like some shields were missing from the car which appears was not the case. Perhaps I made a mistake. I contacted 3 reps of which only one (kelvin) reached out to me. He made good faith effort to address my concerns. So that was a positive. I always feel all service reps are very friendly- again a positive. At times, I find aggressive pursuing of extra services not in the manual but that appears to have toned down in subsequent visits. Overall I would say an average to slightly above average for me but that takes into account my 1 hr plus drive time. More

We schedule to purchase and install 2 new tire’s. Waited for 4 hours to get them installed. Then charged my $100 more than I was quoted.
