I went to Hawk Subaru for my first year's service check up. The guy that helped me was very thorough and explained exactly what they had scheduled to do on my car. He was so polite and considerate of my requests. Great job, so glad we purchased our car from such a wonderful dealership!! More

First, I went to Hawk Subaru Thursday, 8/19/21, for an oil change. I asked to have a part replaced, was told it needed to be ordered, and it would be in the following day. I was also told I would be call oil change. I asked to have a part replaced, was told it needed to be ordered, and it would be in the following day. I was also told I would be called when it arrived, still have not received a call. I have a fog light out, but was told there were no issues with my car. It makes me wonder if anything else was actually checked on the check list. More
