He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He set me up with a used car salesmen named Tom S. The communication with Tom and I was superb, he was very upfront about the vehicle in question and answered the questions I had. He was able to show the car to my brother who lives much closer than I do. A couple of days later I drove to dealership to make the purchase, it was a very nice experience, not pushy and the staff super friendly. I dealt with Tom S, Fred B (Manager), Fred was very very nice, one of the nicest managers I've dealt with, and Jim G. who did all the paperwork.
