I give my experience 5 stars across the board. As soon as we pulled up, Lil Joe immediately serviced us. My mother told him what she was looking for and he promised to deliver. We bought a 2013 Chevy Spark from Reggie Foster Who is the GREATEST!!! We have bought 4 cars from Reggie and well what can I say but he is simply the "BEST". Because we love Reggie we went back to the dealership we bought the car from. However, after working with the service department located at the Jefferson facility in Joliet we will not be back. The car went into the shop on Tuesday 2/5. We were told by Dan that the car would be done by Friday 2/8 or 2/11 at the latest. When we did not get a call on Monday 2/11 we left two messages for Dan. When we did not get a call on Tuesday 2/12 we called the service department and finally we told that the parts did not come in until Monday 2/11 and now we informed that the car would not be done before 2/14. The car was done on 2/14. However, we believe there should have been more communication with Dan. We also believe that because this was a insurance claim the damaged was inflated by the service department. We are very disappointed in this service experience and will not be back. More
