They really really try to make your concerns theirs! I went to Hawk Chevrolet for a big problem with my power seat,(I'm 6-5 and the seat was jammed all the way forward from my tiny wife), since I had a p I went to Hawk Chevrolet for a big problem with my power seat,(I'm 6-5 and the seat was jammed all the way forward from my tiny wife), since I had a problem getting in/out due to hip problems I looked at the bigger Silverado and I liked it a lot. Frankie, the sales assoc. went to great lengths to bring to the front doors 4 different vehicles! I picked THE one out I needed. His co-worker Chad worked with me the next day for Frank (who was off) and got me a great deal with full coverage for the entire loan for only a few more dollars than I was already paying for my current vehicle. Great job! Even the finance end was made easy to understand and agree on. Amy, the On-Star and Navi setup person was also great and very helpful!! All in all, I, again, feel totally satisfied with my time well spent buying my 4 last vehicles at Hawk! Thanks to all. More

Great customer service I went in for an oil change but while waiting was looking around the floor at the newer model traverse I was interested in. I was approached by Chad? I believe who listened to what I was looking for and took my info down to get back to me when a vehicle with all my wants came in. After about 5 minutes he came back and Told me they had one on the left he did not know about that had everything I wanted and more. He asked if I wanted to test drive it and I agreed. He handed me off to Kayla Because he had an appointment with another customer. I went for a test ride with Kayla who is very informative about the vehicle. This vehicle had everything I wanted plus more and I fell in love. I honestly didn’t think I was going to be able to take it home that day and I would be upset but Kayla and Chad were very helpful and got me into my new traverse and I am so happy and in LOVE with it.
