What I Expected Danny was excellent, very helpful. After talking to Mark, I got a better understanding of the various fees involved. I still can't reconcile the difference between the online price advertised and the "cash price" that shows up on the contract. I can't say I enjoyed dealing with the finance manager. He got testy when I didn't like the idea of financing the "bumper to bumper" coverage. Aggressive tactics like that is why I generally dislike the car buying experience. But we needed a car right away and we found a nice one here. More
