Although I have had 2 major repairs in the past year on a 2013 vehicle, the folks in the service department been excellent with explaining the issue(s) it is never fun to have car repairs that are not cause by your own doing, but the customer service I received from Allison Dickenson, Sean Drane and the service team made a bad situation bearable.
