Disappointed Came in and stood around before someone finally decided to look up after acting like I was invisible. Came back and when price about service was discussed I asked if it was still covered and was told it expired 08/19 I stated that it was March of 19 then was told my 2 free services were already used. Went to cashier and felt as though I had inconvenienced her by having her do her job, my dog is friendlier and she doesn't even like people. I got out in the bay and the sorry attempt to wash my truck was a fail at best. I had to back out of the bay and I waited for the employee to guide out the truck next to mine and when it was clear to back out he went back to the conversation he was having with another employee leaving me to navigate backing out to avoid a parked Hummer and a yellow barricade! 100% sure that's my last experience with Hawk Chevy! More

Tracy Walker assisted me immediately and checked my car told me his initial findings and got someone else to inspec I went in to make an appointment.
