Not your typical sales manager changing numbers around so the deal looks better and leaving you to figure out what he did. Only negative was the wait time to see Ed the finance guy. Took over 1 hour to see him. This is the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating. Overall I would definitely recommend Kayla and this dealership. More
2017 Tahoe Premier Routine Service I took our 2017 Tahoe Premier in for comprehensive safety check and routine service (lube, oil, filter). I also asked Sean and Justin to check out so I took our 2017 Tahoe Premier in for comprehensive safety check and routine service (lube, oil, filter). I also asked Sean and Justin to check out some road noise coming from the read of the Tahoe in the area of the rear-end and drive train. The service was completed quickly with no issues. To address the noise issue from the rear, the service team inspected all moving parts examined brakes, and looked for any obvious loose parts, etc. They also used their electronic diagnostic tools to see if any codes or out of the ordinary conditions had been recorded. There were none. The last step was a road test. It was also completed without any adverse conditions occurring. As I suspected, the road noise was mostly from having 5 people in the car with lots of luggage and other items forcing one or two riders to sit in he third row. There is more noise there especially with the heavier load. Bottom line: the Hawk service team checked and double checked everything that could contribute to such noise and found everything to be operating properly. They wrapped up the service visit with washing the Tahoe, shinning the tires and vacuuming the passenger compartment. Overall, a great service experience by people who know what they are doing. I highly recommend this full-service dealer service center to anyone. More
