The adviser stated, why wait till tomorrow, if you have 45 m Arrived Pm 4/11 to drop off my car for a recall fix on 4/12, and pick up a courtesy car. The adviser stated, why wait till tomorrow, if you have 45 minutes, we will get you back on the road with your own car. I really appreciate the no-nonsense and honest discussions and phone calls I have had starting with Justin in service and Don & Chris (Body Shop). Customer service has been excellent with a loaner vehicle provided to me whenever and for as long as required, no questions asked.
