It was easy to make an appointment, a service person greeted us immediately, everything was explained before we retired to the waiting area, I got a nifty little video from the person doing the actual greeted us immediately, everything was explained before we retired to the waiting area, I got a nifty little video from the person doing the actual work, and the findings were thoroughly explained at checkout.
