I called for service on my Mazda CX5 but was instructed to bring my vehicle to the Chevy service center address. Hawk Chevy checked in my Mazda and took some info from me. I left and 3 hours or so later to bring my vehicle to the Chevy service center address. Hawk Chevy checked in my Mazda and took some info from me. I left and 3 hours or so later they called to tell me they could not fix my car and I would need to come pick it up and bring it to a Mazda service center. In retrospect, clearly the service reception number routed me to the wrong service center. I called the service number later to complain and they had a porter take my car to the Mazda dealership in Plainfield. Nevertheless, the first call back from Hawk Chevy insisting I come pick up the car myself and the fact that they never informed me that they were unable to effectively service Mazdas there upon checkin showed a complete lack of and disregard for customer service.
