Service writer was professional and courteous from start to finish. Time utilized for the service was getting a bit lengthy and the service writer came out and met with us. He stated the mechanic had stripp to finish. Time utilized for the service was getting a bit lengthy and the service writer came out and met with us. He stated the mechanic had stripped a lug so they were correcting the issue with no cost to us.
