I didn’t have an appointment set, but five seconds after I walked in the doors, Daniel was there to assist. I knew exactly what I wanted to look at and it was not at the lot at that time. He personally went to the other dealership to pick up a truck so I could test drive it. No promise to buy. That is amazing customer service if I have ever seen it. He answered my questions and he wasn’t that stereotypical “car salesman”, he kept it real and I never felt rushed or pushed into my decision to buy. While he was picking up the vehicle, other representatives checked on me to see if I needed water or had any questions. The whole experience was great. They did not go over my budget, they worked with me and they were even able to get me a payment plan that works for me WHILE being on a shorter term. More
