I brought my car in for an oil change and then had to get my air conditioning checked. I needed to leave my car until the next day. It is so hard to get someone to actually talk to when you call to check on my air conditioning checked. I needed to leave my car until the next day. It is so hard to get someone to actually talk to when you call to check on your service work. It sends you to voicemail and you don’t get a call back. My car was ready but I didn’t get a call about that , which I needed my car . I also got an oil change and they didn’t reset my oil check on my car so I question if they did the service correctly. You definitely need to improve your phone system and the people working at the service desk, they act like they are working so hard but don’t know how to give great customer service . More

I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and service my vehicle here. Only complaint is length of time to have an oil change. Great experience, as usual. I called yesterday morning to make an appointment, thinking I might get lucky and get something later this week. Instead, I got in yesterday afternoon. I waited at the dealership for the servicing of my CTS to be completed which took about 1 hour. This is totally acceptable. In the past is was 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours to be completed which was unacceptable. Th be completed which took about 1 hour. This is totally acceptable.
