I had great service experiences in the past, but this time around was not the same. I will however, give them another chance since I believe in giving people second chances of rectify mistakes. However, the day before my appointment my service engine light went on. Mentioned it to the service guy and he said, "no problem, I'll have them take a look" (so far the service I had always received). I said I would wait since I was given a 2 hour timeframe. Almost a whole day went by with one update. Finally got an update that the problem with the engine light still had not been identified. Asked to be taken home. The next day received an update and agreed to the service with a promise that I would get a call back to update me. Two days went by, no update until I called. To make a long story short, two weeks went by with hardly any updates from the dealer. I suppose that because they had given me a loaner car, they didn't feel the responsibility to follow up. I finally picked up my car only to be told that the recall was not done because they still didn't have the parts needed. But, my original visit was due to the recall appointment which was confirmed via email and text! Why not tell me that when I made the appointment? Now, I have to wait for a call and make yet another appointment to have this recall work done. My advice, be more proactive in responding to your customers. Things happen, I understand that! But, what I do not agree with is not following up with your customer or ignoring your customer's calls for an update. I felt torn about writing this review because I've had my car now 4 days and it is running great! But, I did not expect this type of service and was not pleased. If you want to keep me as a customer, do a better job of communicating next time. More
