Not happy at all. First, Our sales woman was phenomenal, so lets get the good out of the way. At signing i was handed a form to sign, stating they have no knowledge o First, Our sales woman was phenomenal, so lets get the good out of the way. At signing i was handed a form to sign, stating they have no knowledge of a check engine light. I didn't think much of it since my wife test drove and all seemed well. Then i was told by manager i was financed through some local bank of theirs with a stupid high 11% intrest rate and i HAD good credit at that time. I recently paid off my last car with a 4.9% rate so whats wrong with that picture? seems to me like they are in with that particular bank, scratch my back and well scratch yours kinda scenario. Then On our way home, check engine light popped on, so the following day we took to our local cadillac dealership to scan comuter. Vehicle has 9 hard and permanent codes p0449 and p0445 evap emissions codes that will not clear, but will only turn off light for a day or so. Then we find out our cadillac needs a whole new driveshaft. I get it when buying a used car youll have some issues but, to have all the engine codes, the dealership definitely knew about the problem and just cleared the codes or tried to at least just to get it on the lot to sell. That same day i get notified by credit karma that i had a hard inquiry on my credit, which i know they need to run for approval, im ok with. But when i checked my credit they not only ran my credit once, they did it four times, which i specifically told them i dont want my credit ran a bunch of times, so now i have FOUR hard inquiries on my credit which killed my good score. Afer all this my wife decided to call the dealer , she spoke with a lady there, that assured her the manager would call her back and here we are, a week later and no phone call. I would have rather worked with that dealer to rectify the issue there at their shop since it came from there, but just decided after all the headaches they caused me ill let a local dealer handle it. The local cadillac dealership said to us they dont sell any used cars that they know wont pass emissions and they never even heard of a form "have no knowledge of a check engine light" that they have people sign. Now i have a vehicle im paying for i cant even plate, because it will not pass emissions. Good job ! I hope this helps the next guy who wants to buy his dream car shop elsewhere. More

We attended last Saturday's Service Fair and were treated first class by all who we came in contact with which includes service personnel, vendors and porters particularly Ryan Burton & Kevin.
