This makes our 6th purchase with James Wolff. I never thought a Cadillac could be so affordable.He has always provided us with great customer service along with Greg Cantu. My husband and myself enjoy the purchasing process, because James and Greg are so friendly and really do care about what "we" need to be comfortable with a purchase. During this purchase James and Greg went above and beyond to help make this vehicle a reality for me. Now I am driving a brand new Cadillac ATS and I'm not even 30 years old yet!! Plus, the IPad and free maintenance for 4 years made the deal even sweeter. We will be back in the future and definately will refer our family and friends to James and Greg. The first time my husband and I visited Bill Jacobs (Joliet) dealership we were greeted by Mr. Raul Rosario. We asked him we were looking for a Sierra Denali we had seen online and unfortunately it had (Joliet) dealership we were greeted by Mr. Raul Rosario. We asked him we were looking for a Sierra Denali we had seen online and unfortunately it had been sold to someone else right before we arrived. Even though the Sierra Denali was sold Raul was very helpful. He took our information and would contact us when he came across the same brand vehicle or something similar to that brand. My husband and I kept searching online to find something we would be interested and we came across a SUV Trailblazer that cough our eye. We went back for the second time to see Raul and unfortunately the SUV was sold 20 minutes before we got there. Raul was very nice and had us look at a GMC Terrain that was similar to what we were looking for. The GMC Terrain was not spacious enough for my husband. Once, again we went back home and my husband did some more research and came across a Hyundai Sonata and a Cadillac DTS. The Sonata and Cadillac was not what we were looking for but it did fit our needs.This time I called Raul and asked him if he could have them ready for us to take them for a test drive. Well when we got there the Sonata was sold but the Cadillac DTS was still there. Well we tested the Cadillac DTS. The Cadillac was very spacious but, I was just not quite convince with the Cadillac. While we were still there we came across a Buick Lucerne. We took the Buick out for a test drive. My husband was really impressed with the Buick. He felt comfortable which was my main concern. The Buick is spacious enough and has enough space in the trunk for my sons stroller. I have to say I was quite surprise how my husband and I went in looking for a Sierra Denali and left home two weeks later with a Buick Lucerne. Overall Raul was very helpful and very nice. He gave my son some coloring sheets and crayons to entertain him while he was taken my personal information. Later on he brought back my son some popcorn and kept offering my husband and I a cup of coffee or water. I will surely be recommending Raul to my family and friends. My husband and I left Bill Jacobs with a Buick Lucerne. Raul gave us 3 months of On-Star for free and 2 years worth of maintenance on the Buick. More

Mindy and Josh were great overall. Just took way to long to get the deal compeleted and me off the property. The issue was they did nt have enugh staff working today, was the consensus.
