2012 cts Had an 12pm oil change, vehicle wasn't done until 4pm so 4 hours instead of the 1hr i was quoted. Usually when i have service done, paper mats are put down and vehicle is returned ran through the wash but this was not the case this time which you would figure 4hours was plenty of time to, seemed mine was the only one out the line not washed. I also had a few questions regarding my engine light being on however wasn't offered to go over my multi point inspection in depth was only told "basic maintenance i'm sure you plan to take care of just take this paper to the cashier" More

Schedule Oil Change I had an scheduled oil change at 10:45. From the beginning everybody wad very polite. The only issue was it took over two hours to complete.
