I brought my car in for an oil change and then had to get my air conditioning checked. I needed to leave my car until the next day. It is so hard to get someone to actually talk to when you call to check on my air conditioning checked. I needed to leave my car until the next day. It is so hard to get someone to actually talk to when you call to check on your service work. It sends you to voicemail and you don’t get a call back. My car was ready but I didn’t get a call about that , which I needed my car . I also got an oil change and they didn’t reset my oil check on my car so I question if they did the service correctly. You definitely need to improve your phone system and the people working at the service desk, they act like they are working so hard but don’t know how to give great customer service . More
