I bought a car from internet sales last year. The car prep/delivery experience was average. It took forever for dealership to ship the car to Texas. After the car arrived, I took it to my trusted Lincoln dealer who noted me that the car has repair work done as the trunk sides and the bumper had a visibly wide gap. I called the salesman and also spoke with the Manager and was shut down. Recently I noticed the trunk had water leaked in it after few days of rain. I took it to a body shop to look at and they showed me shoddy repair work inside the rear of the car. The repair work was not disclosed by dealer to me. It was not displayed in the Carfax report too. I am having to repair this mess by spending thousands of dollars. I would caution future buyers to be beware of this dealership of cheating business practices. More
