Haus Auto Group- Service Dept - Tony Flasco It's never fun when you encounter car trouble, but when you do it's nice to have someone honest that you can entrust your vehicle repairs to. I found It's never fun when you encounter car trouble, but when you do it's nice to have someone honest that you can entrust your vehicle repairs to. I found that this week in the person of Tony Flasco at Haus Auto Group. My engine was running very rough, and I dropped off my car at the Service Department. After the first hour, Tony called to let me know what they had found, and what the next steps were to complete the diagnosis of the issues. At every step, he called me to give me updates and explanations of what he found, and what the options were to address them. He was able to answer all my and my wife's questions patiently, and ran through a thorough explanation of the Diagnostics he and his crew ran through, and why the repairs were needed. He also did not try to "up-sell" us. Long story short, I got my vehicle back and it's running well. Will come back to Tony again if we need service on our other car. Highly recommend Tony and the service department at Haus Auto Group. More
