I am overall upset by the service that I received when I came and bought a new car. When I purchased my vehicle, they didn't even wash or vacumm out the car. I left cds in the cd player; when I called my sa came and bought a new car. When I purchased my vehicle, they didn't even wash or vacumm out the car. I left cds in the cd player; when I called my sales person to get them for me, she lied about the cds saying they weren't in there. It took me having to speak to a manager to get the problem resolved. Something that really frustrated me was when she wrote me a thank you card for purchasing from their dealership, she didn't even get my name right. My name is Betsy. She put Becky. It's suppose to be the little things that make the difference. I've only had my car 1 month and am very dissappointed in the limited help I have received. I will never buy another vehicle from there again. I would highly recommend thinking twice before shopping here. More
