Andy Miller was recommended to us by Dana Salinas. He showed us a 2011 Hyundai, Sonata which we took for a short test drive. It was a light silver gray and it had all the bells and whistles. So we traded in our 2001 Nissan for the silver gray Hyundai. We just love the new car and every time we get in it to drive it, we feel very lucky to have had Andy as our salesman. I drove onto the lot (for the first time ever) on a Thursday late afternoon. I parked right next to the car I ended up purchasing (it was the ONLY one I even considered. Guess it was meant to be). As soon as I got out of the car Eric walked about of the building and greeted me. He was very friendly, yet laid back. I told him (basically) what I was looking for and he suggested I test drive the car that we were standing next to (the one I ended up purchasing). We went for a test drive and he suggested I take it home over night to "make sure I would be happy with it". Later that evening he sent me a message expressing his gratitude and hoped that I enjoyed the vehicle. The next day I returned the vehicle to him at the promised time and we began the negotiations. I truly enjoyed the time that I spent with him. He was very funny and seemed very genuine [for a car salesman :)]. He talked about how much he loved The Cowboys, which is my husband's #1 team as well. I finished out the deal with Kurt, only to find out he happens to live in my neighborhood (love the accent Kurt!). I just felt like they all really care about making sure you are satisfied...and not just for the moment of the purchase...but for life. I have since been in a couple of times for a car wash and have an apt this week for my first oil change. I have now purchased two brand new sonatas from Dan Erwin. They make purchasing a vehicle a seamless process and are always friendly. I absolutely love Heather. We purchased our Santa Fe from her and came back to purchase our Elantra from her.
