We actually enjoyed our buying experience. Matt was well informed with his product and was laid back in his approach to us. We never felt pushed or coerced. Our experience with Kurt was also very good , he was efficient and has a good sense of humor which we liked. All in all it was a really good experience and the dealership seems first rate to us. A few weeks after we bought the car we had a couple of problems. We called Luis Gonzalez and he jumped right on the problems and got everything fixed. Heather was referred to me by a close friend and she was every bit as awesome as my friend said she was. I told her what I wanted, she found it and didn't pressure me to do or buy anything more than what I every bit as awesome as my friend said she was. We were in the market for a new SUV to replace our 2006 Hyundai Sonata which my wife Rachelle bought from Scholfield over 7 years ago. We selected Scholfield Hyundai "West" and John Olson after receiving p Hyundai Sonata which my wife Rachelle bought from Scholfield over 7 years ago. We selected Scholfield Hyundai "West" and John Olson after receiving positive feedback from Rachelle's parents who purchased 3 vehicles from John O. In fact, if you count Rachelle's extended family this is the 8th Hyundai vehicle that we have purchased from the Scholfield dealerships. We visited Scholfield Hyundai "West" on a cold Saturday in December of 2013. We were quickly and friendly greeted by Heather Cusick who let us know that John O was busy at the time but gladly answered our questions until John O. was available. We mentioned how the Santa Fe with the 3rd Row Seating was the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. The dealership only had the Sport model in stock at the time. However, Heather volunteered her Santa Fe Limited so we could get a feel for the size and features available on the Santa Fe with 3rd Row Seating. We let John know that silver was the color that we needed. He conducted a vehicle search and found a Santa Fe that met our specifications. However, the price was a bit higher than what we expected. We then proceeded to show him the vehicle that we saw advertised online. He made some quick phone calls and in about an hour the vehicle was at the dealership and within our price range. The whole process was very stress-free and ended up taking about 3 hours from the time we showed up at Scholfield Hyundai "West" and drove off in our new 2013 Santa Fe. We whole heartedly recommend Scholfield Hyundai "West" and "John Olson" for your next new car purchase. We also recommend the Scholfield Hyundai "West" Service Dept. that has offered us great maintenance and repair service during the time we owned our Sonata. More

I pulled into the lot one Saturday morning staying in my vehicle and hoping I'd get a drive through without having to mess with a salesperson. Almost made it when a guy steps out of the building and heads towards me. Not being one to be rude, I stopped and exchanged greetings. Eric was friendly, polite and allowed me to express my ambivalence and move on. My son-in-law's experience buying a car here, a car and Eric's personality brought me back to the lot. The next Monday afternoon I was back and the Sonata I had interest in was gone. There was a later model with fewer miles and more $$ available. My son met us with the car he was driving. We test drove a couple different options. Meanwhile, the manager checked out the Sentra as a trade. There was a very comfortable feeling in the dealership. We decided on an 09 Sonata. I received a price for the car and an offer for my trade in. They also allowed my son to drive the Sonata overnight to get a feel for it. It was Finals week,so the allowed him until Thursday morning to get it back. Our schedule was a bit crazy that week. Eric shared his phone number and both my son and I texted him as well as emailed him as things came up or came to mind. Wednesday I received an email from Eric asking that I come in that evening and see if a deal could be done. This is the part of car shopping I hate the most! Eric was as relaxed and friendly as ever. We sat in his office for a few minutes and shot the breeze because that is what we do. Over the course of those 5 days, we established a relationship of sorts. As we got down to business, I believe that honesty and forthrightness was taken into consideration as I wrote down the price I needed to make the deal happen. It was a number I had discussed with my wife and felt was fair. Eric gave me the "I'm not sure about that" look and verbiage. I wasn't surprised. He took it in and the manager brought it out. On the paper was a price a little lower than I asked for giving me an allowance for something I agreed to purchase on my own. Needless to say, the deal was done. Later in the evening, we were introduced to Kurt Bull to wrap up the paperwork. He ran us through everything he had to in a very comfortable fashion. The deal was done! I know it sounds crazy, but I wish I needed to buy another vehicle. It was one of my two best buying experiences ever and the best in a 1000 mile radius of Wichita. Even if Eric moves on, I'll be back the next time I'm looking...I just hope he sticks around for awhile! More

He took such great care of me listening to exactly what I was looking for and making it the smoothest car buying experience both times. He is very professional and is the nicest guy. Since my purchase I have spoken with him a few times, and can tell he really cares about each and every one of his customers making sure they are completely satisfied with their vehicle. And when it came to financing, Chad Pipkin also took amazing care of me! I have purchased cars from other dealerships in the past and never looked forward to financing because of the high pressure they put on you. But Chad was the exact opposite. He simply presented me with different options and never pressured me at all letting me choose what worked best for me. I cannot express enough how happy I am with Scholfield, and I guarantee if you visit the west store or any Scholfield location you will also have a great buying experience as we'll!! More
