I was in a car accident (no one was hurt but the car) which caused me to look for a n I'm a repeat Scholfield Hyundai customer because of Bill Stout. I was in a car accident (no one was hurt but the car) which caused me to look for a new used car. Bill Stout was my first choice to call because of my past experience with him selling me my 2006 Hyundai Sonata. When I spoke to Bill Stout he apologized and his first question was "Is everyone all right?" You wouldn't get that service from just any sales person. Bill Stout remembered me and I didn't have to explain what car I had before. I provided Bill Stout my budget and needs and he immediately had a couple of cars in mind. Bill Stout takes care of his customer and wants them to be happy with their choice. He will continue to look for that "right" car. Bill Stout's customer service is World Class Service and others would learn a great deal from him. He adds that "special" touch to your experience and you don't feel you're being forced to purchase something from him. Bill Stout is an asset to Scholfield and I recommend all my friends and family to him because I know they will be treated with respect. MAHALO Bill Stout for all that you do!!!! Trading from Sanata to Santa Fe Dan called to say he was interested in purchasing our 2010 Sonata. We agreed to meet with him but without any intention to purchase another vehicle th Dan called to say he was interested in purchasing our 2010 Sonata. We agreed to meet with him but without any intention to purchase another vehicle this soon. Looking back we sometimes wished we had bought a Santa Fe instead of a Sonata. My wife in particular wished we had since we both enjoyed a van we had previously. Dan was ready to show us a 2011 vehicle. We took it for a ride but still reluctant to try to dig up money for this or go into debt at our age. The vehicle appealed to us a lot. After some conversation Dan came up with a price we thought we could live with, plus my wife would be very happy and me too. So we accepted the offer and are now enjoying this new vehicle. This all happened faster than we liked. After the fact I have a few questions, just for the sake of information. I am not sure what GLS and Limited mean or exactly where our vehicle is in the scale of options like Premium, Standard, and Ultimate packages. Apart from that this vehicle has the accessories that matter to us. Also, there was no manual but I found one on the web that I saved to my PC for future reference as needed. One item needed to be fixed and that was done. We anticipate good service going forward just as we have had in the past with the Sonata. Thanks Dan for his pleasant and respectful dealings with us. Sales rep review of Aron Middlebrook purchasing used vehicle My husband & I were very impressed with Aron Middlebrook's professionalism & his knowledge of the product. He was very informative on the 5 cars that My husband & I were very impressed with Aron Middlebrook's professionalism & his knowledge of the product. He was very informative on the 5 cars that we test drove & answered all of our questions on the warranty & service of the vehicles. The first car we looked at there was a broken handle on the cargo compartment. Aron pulled up on it & it came off in his hand. He didn't skip a beat in his presentation & said those things happen, but we can get this repaired for you if you are interested in this vehicle. The surprise in his presentation did not unnerve him. We did not get to the dealership until 6:00 p.m. to start our negotiations on the vehicle we purchased. By the time we finished up with the finance department, it was 9:30. Aron was very pleasant & helpful during the 3.5 hours we were there. He had worked a 12 hour day amazingly enough. It is my impression that Aron will go far in the sales field with his eagerness to learn, positive attitude, & ability to form relationships with his customer & deliver excellent presentations of his vehicles. We will definitely return to the dealership for our next vehicle & ask for Aron as our sales person. We will also recommend him to our friends & family. Thanks, Holly Sackhoff More

Best car buying experience ever! I am a single mom of three kids and have not always had the best luck when purchasing vehicles. While looking at used vehicles at Scholfield, my daughter and I were greeted by Bill Stout. He was so helpful in helping us choose the right vehicle for her. He was honest and gave her valuable advice on what to look for in a vehicle. When it came time to talk price and trade in value on her current car, he was straight forward. He explained the trade in valuation process used by Scholfield and I was pleasantly surprised by the the offer he made on our car. I had visited another dealership and the difference in the trade in price was unbelievable. It just proved that I had been shopping at the wrong dealership for years. I was also impressed to hear that Scholfield offers an impressive lifetime warranty on their used vehicles for no extra charge. Bill Stout made this experience by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The customer service shown at this location is so thorough that I look forward to a long relationship with them. More

Great Experience I told Dan what my requirements were and he showed me the options available. After just a few minutes of looking at the Hyundai and Nissan, he told me I told Dan what my requirements were and he showed me the options available. After just a few minutes of looking at the Hyundai and Nissan, he told me that he has the perfect one for me. He went to get the Honda C-RV. It was almost exactly what I was looking for. He was able to give me a great price and also gave me more than expected for my trade in. I was not planning on purchasing the vehicle yet since that was my first stop. I went to one other place and the salesman was not very personable. After going back to Scholfield, Dan was able to tell me the numbers straight forward. There were no hidden or outrageous fees. Dan was able to take the information that I gave him and put me into the vehicle I needed and wanted. Kurt delivered the vehicle to us. My daughter was getting tired of being there but Kurt had her help him and kept her involved in the process. We were not just another sale. Even though it was a long process, he made it go by quick. There wasn't the typical small talk. He was able to have a conversation and joke around, making it go quick. I would recommend both Dan and Kurt to anyone who asks. It was a fun experience and will definitely be telling everyone I know! More
