We didn't know for sure what we wanted so we drove a variety of vehicles on the lot. He was so patient and understanding and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the choice we made no matter how long it took (and it took a while). He was very knowledgeable about everything he showed us. He was late to one of his children's school programs (which I felt bad about)but still took the time to show us all about the interior of the car and to instruct us on the bluetooth for my cell phone!
