Stout understands that he has to live and die off of reviews and referrals so he markets himself well but, at the end of the day, when the dealership has closed, Bill is still out there meeting people and talking up the business and brand that he works for. That's how I met him. When my pregnant wife and I decided that she needed a more durable and safe vehicle, I already knew Bill would listen to our actual needs and answer the tough questions. What I didn't expect was that several other sales and financing team members at Scholfield Hyundai West would be so good to us, as well. With the help and advice of Bill Stout and Sales Manager, Spencer Cusick, we bought a pre-owned Cadillac SRX. I did not say "used" because it wasn't. It was ten years old and the cleanest "pre-owned" car I have EVER seen. Once the financing officer, Kurt Bull, was finished with the paperwork, he did something that will help us for the rest of our lives. He spent another thirty minutes explaining to me how to repair and advance my credit score. Even how to watch out for financing traps on a home mortgage. Most importantly, he told me how set up the payments to help my wife establish a great credit score before she can make the same mistakes I did. News that brought her to tears of joy. Yes, it's true: Bill Stout sells cars. He just forgot to add that he and the rest of the Scholfield Hyundai West team actually make sure to help their potential customers, in the process. To be honest, the term, "Buying Experience", doesn't really cover it. Well done, gentlemen. It really doesn't matter what your occupation is. We test drove the car and after talking with him, we decided to keep it for the weekend to decide if it was what we wanted. After the weekend, we knew it was the right car.
