Amazing people to deal with! I have now purchased my 3rd vehicle from Schofield Hyundai West, 1 new in 2009 (Santa Fe), 2 used, a 2006 Toyota Highlander in November 2014, and now I have now purchased my 3rd vehicle from Schofield Hyundai West, 1 new in 2009 (Santa Fe), 2 used, a 2006 Toyota Highlander in November 2014, and now another quality used 2001 Santa Fe for my daughter in November 2015. Craig Keith was our salesman on both the used vehicles and was courteous, professional and actually steered us beautifully into the right vehicle both times. We have used their service department exclusively since 2009 and have no intentions of using anyone else. This dealership is top notch in just about every possible way. I would and do recommend everyone I know to see Craig Keith at the used location if a used car is in their plans and always have great things to say about the Hyundai brand in general. More

No pressure....................Great service I met John O. about 18 mo's ago when my Fiance and I pulled into Scholfield Hyundai West one evening just looking at their stock. John was still at work and came to our car and we had a nice introductory visit. My Fiance had been looking into a Hyundai, so the only talk about a vehicle were questions he informatively answered for Her. He did give Her a card and said He would be glad to help with a purchase, if Hyundai ended up as Her choice. Well...........that was Her choice, and because of John's demeanor, we went back to the dealership and she got the vehicle and the deal she wanted. "No pressure..........Great service". At the same time, I put my eye on the model that would suit me best. I wasn't ready to purchase at that time...............so I gave John my info. He kept me posted on new specials, etc. (via email) for 18 mo's until "I" decided it was time to buy. I was made comfortable in my decision because of the time and information they provided, before I decided to close our deal. "No pressure.............Great service". More
It was alight. Overall was easy experience. We had financing lined up ahead of time and was a matter of finding a vehicle to replace our Prius which was totaled in Overall was easy experience. Start to finish was less than an hour. Finance Director was Wonderful and very good to help get an even lower rate through one of your lenders. Only complaint was with Hamilton our sales person. He was a friendly enough guy, but didn't really have a lot to say. Didn't go over features of the car or even try to push the sale. Would answer questions only when asked about the car. We didn't even attempt to negotiate price but wanted dealer to pay for window tinting which they refused. A comment was made by Hamilton to my partner and I before we went to finance office. It took us both by surprise because it was a very rude and unprofessional comment. After the finance was done Hamilton was jumping at the bit to get to KC for the weekend and the car was not explained. He did put the tahg on the car for us. My partner did say something to Hamilton about his comment to us. Simply suggesting he work on his people skills with his customers. Hamilton took a photo of my partner w the vehicle and we were told he would upload it on their Facebook page and it is still not there. It has been a month tomorrow. Also took nearly the full month to get a call from Hamilton asking how our vehicle is. Sadly it has an issue and will be going back already soon for repair. Overall dealership was nice, organized and clean, inventory was ample, finance was awesome but sales a little lacking. More
New and pre-owned purchase I specifically went to Hyundai West because Heather Cusick was at that location even though the East dealership is closer to my home. My husband and I I specifically went to Hyundai West because Heather Cusick was at that location even though the East dealership is closer to my home. My husband and I are very happy with our purchases (on the same day) and we owe it all to Heather and Spencer Cusick. I felt that they were more interested in us being happy with our choices than to just make a sale. Of course, I already knew that from purchasing a pre-owned from Heather in 2006. I also can't say enough about the entire staff we had contact with. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend the Scholfield Hyundai West dealership for your next auto purchase! Great at first - then very poor follow through I called the dealership about a used Volvo listed on the Internet. Roth answered my call and put me in touch with Craig Keith. Craig was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable about the vehicle. We were working through making a deal when I was notified by a text that the car was sold. Two days later I received several text messages and phone calls that the car was still available. After placing $500 down to hold the vehicle until after Thanksgiving- all communication went downhill. Promises from Billy to send the paperwork fell through. Promises from Craig to call "first thing in the morning" fell through. Calls to Spencer "sales manager" to have the paperwork sent fell through. Everyone I talked to put the blame on someone else. Billy even went as far as saying that "we are having a Black Friday sales event and we are really busy". That seemed interesting to me because I was purchasing a car on Black Friday as well, but I was not as important as those who were at the dealership. I called from 9:00am until 1:00pm before I received the paperwork. The paperwork was written up wrong when I received it. When I notified them about the mistake, Spencer said that he had told Billy to make the changes before he sent it. My purchase was obviously not a top priority for Billy, Craig or Spencer. Papers were finally sent with the correct information. The sale was finalized and my transport picked the vehicle up. More
