The first thing that stuck out was the fact that they listened to what I said would be the financial constraints. Most all the other dealers wanted to show me trucks that were thousands out of what I was willing to pay. Eric (Smith) found a truck in my price range and one that had the equipment that I was looking for. When it came time to talk money, Spencer (Cusick) the Sales Manager was very "non-pressure" and made me feel like a valued customer vs. a sale. And not only did they have the type of truck I wanted, they serviced the vehicle and filled it full of gas - which is standard procedure for these folks.
