2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport AWD I spend a lot of time on the road and did not have time to visit the dealership so I contacted Matt Watson via email. I knew what I wanted in my new car and gave Matt the specifications and he found exactly what I wanted. I was able to show up to the dealership, sign paperwork and drive away the same day. Back on the road the next day. In this process I also worked with Bill Ayesh. Bill explained the financing and found important insurance gap coverage that benefited me. Not all managers would go that extra mile. I hit my first oil change at 3,000 miles. Matt helped schedule the oil change with the service department. I arrived on time and was told it would be about 45 minutes. At twenty minutes a service rep came out and said my car was ready. Totally impressed. They even vacuumed the carpets and gave it a wash. I will certainly refer anyone I know to Hyundai West for their next vehicle purchase. More
