My overall experience was amazing. This was my firs time purchasing a car and I visited every dealer in my area to see what I wanted. When I first visited Scholfield Hyundai I was greeted by Brant. He was purchasing a car and I visited every dealer in my area to see what I wanted. When I first visited Scholfield Hyundai I was greeted by Brant. He was very welcoming and made my wife and I feel at ease. We asked him various questions and he answer them quickly and straight to the point without any pressure to buy. He recommended the best car for us and our budget. He also guided us on how to obtain our loan and for how much, then letting us go home and continue our research. After obtaining the loan and multiple visits to other dealerships we decided to go with Hyundai because of the excellent customer service we received from Brant compared to all the other salesmen even though we had no had the chance to see nor test drive the car (Accent). The day we went to purchase the vehicle Brant was not available because he was on vacation. However, RJ was just as courteous and helpful even when he was juggling another customer. He gave us the keys to test drive the car and let us go for about 20 minutes. It was nice to drive the car without having somebody in the back telling you what to think about the car like other dealerships had done. When we got back we made the decision right there to purchase the car and RJ facilitated everything for the finance department to take over. I was extremely pleased with the quality of service from everyone. I would not hesitate a second to consider them for my next car purchase and I will recommend them to any of my friends looking to buy a car. More

She did an excellent job of letting us test drive and showing us the exact car my wife wanted and how everything worked. It was such a pleasant surprise that their was no pressure to buy, none of this setting in the closing room and waiting.
