Recently, I went with my oldest son to look for a new car, he and I visited almost every dealership in Wichita. On the whole, Schofield Hyundai East was the most informative and enjoyable. Ty Vanhoosen was aware that we were not looking to purchase that day or in the near future, but he still spent the time to show us both used and new vehicles; that was how undecided we were. After several weeks of looking at vehicles, my son decided on the Hyundai Veloster, so we went back and spoke with Ty and advised him what we were looking for, but not until the end of summer. About a week later I got a call from Ty advising that they had just traded for the vehicle we were looking for (2012 Veloster), but fully loaded with only a few thousand miles. I was able to get exactly what my son wanted and more (all the cool gadgets) for less than the base model we had been looking at (complete with all the warranties). Needless to say we were very pleased, so pleased we asked Ty to keep his eye open for other good deals, since my youngest son was also going to need a new vehicle before he went away to school in Canada (due to extreme weather conditions). Again Ty called with more vehicle than we were looking for, but below the cost we had discussed. This time it was a (fully loaded) 2011 Santa Fe. consequently, we have purchased two vehicles in the last couple of months, when we were only planning to purchase one and not until the end of summer. I have always dreaded purchasing vehicles, due to the sales games, but Ty and Schofield Hyundai made it both easy and enjoyable, so much so I have him looking for my wifes next vehicle, lucky for me it will not be available until next year. I am optimistic, due to discussions I had with other customers that our future service experiences will be equally professional and enjoyable. More

The moment I entered the dealership, I was greeted with smiling faces. I felt at ease, never pressured. My sales person, Debbie Achey was all one could ask for in a sales person. I would be glad to recommend this dealership, and Debbie to anyone looking for a new car. I was also impressed with the dealership as a whole, from the GM to the Finance person. And of course, I am so pleased with my new Black Sonata Hybrid. I just finished waxing it tonight, and that is one beautiful machine. Going to take it on a road trip tomorrow to check out the mileage. I will update this review when I have. I drove up to Minneapolis, Kansas today and on the way back I set the cruise control on 70 and the average MPG was at 40.5 MPG. When I hit the Wichita city limits where the speed limit decreased to 60, my average went up to 43.5MPG. I even hoping it may get a bit better after the car is broken in a bit. More

It was the most simple yet with great customer service, experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. From the time we walked in to the end. I considered other brand of cars, but my first Hyundai held up well. So I thought I would check out a new one. Thats when I met Connor and I told him that I was interested in an Elantra but I drove it a held up well. So I thought I would check out a new one. Thats when I met Connor and I told him that I was interested in an Elantra but I drove it as well as an Accent and was surprised how much improved the Accent was from my first one. It was Connor who assured me that it was totally revamp and the test ride is what all it took . Others in this class seem to ride like a go-cart and couldn't touch all the extras that the Accent comes with in this class of cars. From start to the day I picked up my new hyundai Connor was relaxed and confident and able to answer all my questions. More

The shopping was fine, the decision was difficult for me. R.J. was great! Of course the price could always be less to please me, but it was a fair price.
