Everyone I had come in contact with at Scholfield Hyundai in the past had been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. As a former Hyundai Azera owner, my past dealings had often been related to parts, se in the past had been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I have fould that all of these Scholfield employees would be a great asset to any dealership. i was always treated well by each of them. My most recent visit to Scholfield Hyundai was to purchase a new vehicle. The reason I came to Scholfield Hyundai first was twofold: (1) I think Hyundai is the best performing and priced vehicle on the market, & (2) I remembered the people I had dealt with in the past & had been impressed by all of them. On this visit I met and purchased a vehicle from Steve Parrett. As a part of the closing process, I also met Chad Pipken and Chad Allen. I found these three individuals to possess the same qualities I had come to know with my long relationship with other Scholfield Hyundai. My wife and I are very pleased with the vehicle we purchaed and with the overall buying experience, and especially with our salesman, Steve Parrett. Steve took as much time as we needed to go over our new car's features. He reprogrammed my cell phone to our new navigation and phone package and then programmed in my new grarage door opener. He was also smart enough to kill the garage door program on the car I traded in so no one could gain access to our home.The new technological features to my new Hyundai are nothing short of spectacular. He offered to have my wife or I stop by anytime should we have any questions He even offered to come to our home if we wished. Employees like Steve are very hard to find. Good job Steve!! More

Tim is very helpful and resourceful. He simply explained that he was new to the business but so far enjoyed it. I recently purchased my 4th Hyundai from Scholfields---I worked with Brant on my first purchase in 2006 and have stayed with him for every purchase--my most recent purchase is a 2013 Santa Fe sport---what a worked with Brant on my first purchase in 2006 and have stayed with him for every purchase--my most recent purchase is a 2013 Santa Fe sport---what a GREAT CAR!!! I have a few extras this time like heated seats and power driver's seat and that is especially nice! The customer service from Brant is exceptional---he is polite, very informative about the vehicles, not pushy---I now live in Kansas City and with his great help as well as that of Chad Pipkin, I did much of the up front work on buying this most recent new Santa Fe over the phone---during my time in Wichita I always had TERRIFIC service from the staff in the service department (getting your car washed when you go in for an oil change is a great treat)and after doing some "new car shopping" in Kansas City I knew that it was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive back to Wichita to look for a car---the customer service and attention to detail at Scholfield Hyundai is most definitely the BEST that I have ever encountered!!!! If you think you are interested in a new car (or a used car that is new to you) I highly recommend that you stop by Scholfield Hyundai East---you will not be disappointed in that team. Brant is TERRIFIC and Chad handled all that paperwork expertly!!!! I have never purchased a new car. It's been 8 years since our last purchase from a dealer. Was not looking forward to buying a new SUV. We looked at almost every crossover SUV out there. No calls from him bugging us for days & weeks on end like other dealers. He only called when we asked him to. Any time we have been back in for questions or service, Steve is just as friendly & helpful as the 1st day we stopped in. He goes out of his way to talk with us & make sure we are still satisfied with our purchase. Chad was also very helpful during the financing & paper work. He presented us with several warranty options & helped us select the right one to meet our needs without any pressure.
