Then, we had to negotiate a fair price for purchase of the new vehicle and the trade of my current vehicle. That is when the Sales Manager, Doug had to get involved and he was excellent as well! I know my value and Doug was able with Canyon and Jeremy to meet me in the middle. Jeremy, the Finance Manager, has my paperwork printed in 20 minutes. He was very courteous. I was in and out the dealership within a hour! Back on the road in my new, 2017 Kia Cadenza SXL, with only 2100 miles. Furthermore, thanks to Canyon for going the extra mile. My last three cars were Mercedes-Benz and he still gave my the luxury experience. I wanted soon things changed on my new car and he took care of it. Also, thank you to Aaron in service department for getting the small details done. I can’t say I will be drive back to Kansas, but who knows if the price is right. Delightful, simple, & Satisfying! Steve Johnson, Eric Tucker, & Lisa Rouse were all extremely helpful and a delight to work with while buying my new Hyundai Elantra! This was my first car purchase on my own, so it was quite a big deal. They all made me feel very comfortable. Steve and Eric catered to exactly what I was looking for in terms of features of the car. They even went out to find the color I wanted in a very short time frame. The whole process was done for me in under a week. Eric got me started with the process and introduced us to Steve. Steve helped my test drive multiple vehicles and informed me about a couple options until I found what I wanted. He also made efforts to follow up on multiple occasions. Lisa helped me to understand my insurance coverage (something I had never gone over in detail before) and made the conversation happy and easy for me.
