I have been deployed for the last 7 months and my wife has had trouble with our 2009 Hyundai Elantra. My wife took the car in for a noise in the rear of the car. She was told it was a bad strut, it was has had trouble with our 2009 Hyundai Elantra. My wife took the car in for a noise in the rear of the car. She was told it was a bad strut, it was covered under our extended warranty, and when it got worse she should bring it back and it would be covered under waranty. When it got worse? Was it not broke enough? What the heck kind of troubleshooting/customer service is that? I brought the car back and it turns out that the car doesn't have rear struts, it has shocks, and those aren't covered under warranty. I find it amazing that the mechanic didn't know the difference between struts and shocks. With all of the trouble my wife went through I have chosen to have the shocks replaced somewhere else; and yes it is more expensive, but I will never bring my car back to that dealer for service. I have zero confidance in the abilities of the technicians and the service managers. I have taken my car to the dealership on the other side of town(West Side), and had zero issues. This is where I will go from now on. More
Loved working with Debbie Achey. She was very helpful in helping us select our new Santa Fe. She was very knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. I live in Oklahoma City and had not had a good experience with a couple of the dealerships down here. I met R.J. when my car didn't start in Wichita and had to be towed to that dealership. He knew what had with a couple of the dealerships down here. I met R.J. when my car didn't start in Wichita and had to be towed to that dealership. He knew what had happened with my car and got me back on the road to go home. He even washed it for me! He was awesome, and so I came back to Wichita to buy a car from him. I would hightly recommend this dealership and R.J. to anyone who is thinking about buying a car. I just wish he was a little closer to me:-) R.J., thanks so much for going above and beyond for me. Jared was very helpful and straightforward. He didn't pressure me or try any of the games I've experienced at other dealerships. He is very helpful in making you decide which one will fit for you and good for your budget, he does not force people on something. He is very respectful. He know his job very well and provide awesome customer service, and really have a vast knowledge when it comes to their products I would really recommend Mr. Unruh if you are looking for a great car, great deal, and awesome customer service.
