This was actually the smoothest, easiest car purchase I've ever made. Working with Kim was the best. We sent my 20 year old daughter and her boyfriend to look for a replacement car, she was greeted and taken seriously. At other dealers she was led away from cars in the budget she was given. She was quickly shown the cars on the lot at Scholfield that met our requirements. They offered to let her test drive and wrote out a quote. She brought home the quote and we picked out this car as the one to test drive and seal the deal. The only negative was the length of time we were left setting while the sales manager considered our offer. We were the only customer offer being considered...it was a slow day, I had told them I wanted a quick transaction. We almost walked out on the deal. I've heard the longer they keep you on the sales floor the more likely you are to buy...not true for this family. Thanks for treating my daughter right, it lead you to a sale! She loves her "new car"! Eric was very professional and quickly answered our questions. More

We had looked around at other dealerships but don't like being pressured. RJ asked questions...what were are wants, needs, must haves etc. He never pressured us, he simply guided us to find the perfect like being pressured. Had a poor experience buying with this location. Bought a brand new 2013 vehicle, sadly sales person reneged on some of the deal, also he was not very familiar with the product itself--sales negotiation proc brand new 2013 vehicle, sadly sales person reneged on some of the deal, also he was not very familiar with the product itself--sales negotiation process went badly, but we settled and purchased. unfortunately the vehicle has had many problems and even still I am waiting on Hyundai corporate to make it right. Parts on the new Santa Fe have broken, had issues, and a main part of the vehicle is still messed up(sounds like an old beat up USED car). Other parts that I advised were bad(AC would just quit working many times after only running car for 5 or fewer minutes) I was told it was my fault and not a problem, finally after multiple visits, and reaching out through social media and getting a response and in contact with a district manager, they approved to fix my issue...when I arrived for that to be worked on they told me "there is now a recall on that part"...it was over 104 degree temps when I would have NO AC for a half hour at a time driving to work or back home, glad they finally figured that out so others would not suffer the same way. Still waiting on two issues to be addressed and have another to bring to their attention whenever they decide to contact me again. More

I went to a different dealership earlier that day, and every time our sales associate went to the back to "adjust" the price and add the "rebates", the price he quoted beforehand became clear that it was so we'd sit down and get pressured into paying way more. Then they had the audacity to treat their customers like idiots and make "adjustments" that ultimately kept the base price the exact same but reworded their sales pitch. Even if I didn't buy I car from here, which I did, I appreciate that RJ and Scholfield Hyundai make an effort to not waste the customer's time and treat their customers well. They did not waste my time with fake "price adjustments and rebates", but instead were very transparent during the whole process. More

We are a return customer to Scholfield Hyundai. We bought our 2006 Hyundai new there. And have been thoroughly satisfied with the Hyundai product as well as Scholfield Hyundai service. We did do on-line research on the general specs on the Sonata and the Elantra. Then headed to Scholfield. Buying a vehicle is an intimidating process. In general, buying a car is a poor investment. It devalues the minute you drive it off the lot. But it is a necessary investment. And you want that investment to be a quality product. Especially for us as we tend to drive cars 10+ years. And the process can be a daunting and uncomfortable one if going to a dealer with the wrong philosophy. Having dealt with Scholfield before we had comfort knowing it was a quality dealership. We were not disappointed during the process of buying our 2013 Sonata. Our salesman Connor was outstanding. He was down to earth, laid back and yet very attentive and energetic. He not only new his stuff, but had a great personality and sense of humor. I highly recommend anyone wanting not only a quality product but a great buying experience to head down and see Connor! More
