Debbie Achey and the Scholfield Hyundai East team were great to work with on our purchase of a 2014 Santa Fe Limited. Prior to stopping by at Scholfield Hyundai East, I was in negotiations at a Toyota dealership on a Highlander and was not liking how I was being treated, I constantly felt like I was getting tricked on price. I also felt like I knew more about the vehicle than the Toyota sales manager; every time I asked about a feature, their answer was wrong cause they were guessing and didn't want to check. When working with the Scholfield East team it was very non-pressure. They took their time and really tried to understand what i needed and wanted for our family. When I asked about specific features, they always knew the accurate answer or didn't guess and told me they would check on it and be right back (I would much more prefer this). When it came to the dreaded negotiating, I told them the exact (reasonable amount) that I need our payments to be (tax included and everything; I always have to argue with dealerships to get them to include the tax in the negotiations). After an easy 10 minute conversation, their finance expert was able to find a lender with the right interest rate, and make a few other adjustments on price, and they hit my needed payment dead on. I was thinking seriously, that's it, we're done? They did a full walk through with me of all features once purchase was complete and even help setup my new bluelink service (very cool, start your car with an app on your phone.) Great team to work with and I'm looking forward to the lifetime of free car washes; and I have high expectations for their service department. Thanks Debbie and Team! Jason More

We sent my 20 year old daughter and her boyfriend to look for a replacement car, she was greeted and taken seriously. At other dealers she was led away from cars in the budget she was given. She was quickly shown the cars on the lot at Scholfield that met our requirements. They offered to let her test drive and wrote out a quote. She brought home the quote and we picked out this car as the one to test drive and seal the deal. The only negative was the length of time we were left setting while the sales manager considered our offer. We were the only customer offer being considered...it was a slow day, I had told them I wanted a quick transaction. We almost walked out on the deal. I've heard the longer they keep you on the sales floor the more likely you are to buy...not true for this family. Thanks for treating my daughter right, it lead you to a sale! RJ was enthusiastic and definitely went the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. The car buying process was relatively hassle-free as this particular dealership is very professional and tones make sure the customer is satisfied. I went to a different dealership earlier that day, and every time our sales associate went to the back to "adjust" the price and add the "rebates", the price he quoted beforehand became clear that it was so we'd sit down and get pressured into paying way more. Then they had the audacity to treat their customers like idiots and make "adjustments" that ultimately kept the base price the exact same but reworded their sales pitch. Even if I didn't buy I car from here, which I did, I appreciate that RJ and Scholfield Hyundai make an effort to not waste the customer's time and treat their customers well. They did not waste my time with fake "price adjustments and rebates", but instead were very transparent during the whole process. More
