Joel or "JO-elle," as he's affectionately known on the lot, was a huge help to me in purchasing my 2006 Ford Escape. I originally contacted him about a different Escape that was on the lot, but it sold before I could see it. I was a little disappointed, and went looking at other car lots. I met another dealer at "Lubbers." He was rude and wouldn't work with me. I thought that I was going to have to put my search on hold, when I got an e-mail out of the blue from Joel letting me know that another Ford Escape was at the lot. He was very helpful and honest with me about the car. It was in wonderful shape just as he said, and he made sure that I was the first person to test drive and look at it. The car did have a big crack on the windshield, but the people at Scholfield Hyundai East were able to put a new windshield in the next day! Great service, I would recommend Joel to anybody looking for a new or used car! More
This is our second time buying a car here and the experience couldn't have been better. We worked with RJ to turn in our leased 2012 Hyundai Sonata and leased a new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. RJ was great to work with and in fact I was probably one of his harder customers to deal with as I was in and out of the dealership at least 2 times before buying my car. RJ was very nice through the whole process even after leaving the financial office the first time I was in and not getting the car. When I went back the second time he was the first one to step up to help and went through the entire process again and never even looked cross eyed at me. When I ended up getting the car that was on the show room floor they went to deliver it and upon a final walk around I discovered that the car had been scratched on the front bumper. RJ and the dealership worked extra hard to get this taken care of at their expense. They put me in a loaner car for 2 weeks while they got my car back to perfect shape. Even though I was difficult to work with I still appreciate the way they treated me like I was their number 1 customer. Greatly appreciated and I will be back for another vehicle for my wife. More

RJ took it upon himself to advise me on the process of replacing my vehicle. He quickly found a 2014 model that was a perfect replacement. He also explained the process I would go through to collect the insurance and roll that into my new car. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service he provided. This is the fourth car I've purchased from Scott and Jenny Hatchett. They have always gone above and beyond to rectify any issues I've had with my vehicles, even at their own expense. Starting working with Tim Payne from the first phone call about 5 or 6 weeks before we purchased our new Sonata. Tim was "no pressure" and when we went to store and met him and took our first test drive he about 5 or 6 weeks before we purchased our new Sonata. Tim was "no pressure" and when we went to store and met him and took our first test drive he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars we drove. He took the time on several visits to the store to let us drive all Sonata models. We did not get bothered by phone calls etc after our visits. I would highly recommend him to anyone as a sales person to work with if you are looking for a new or used car. More
