RJ was great to work with, all I did was tell him that we were looking for a suburban to trade our pick up in on and he took it from there. He made the search for the right suburban easy for my wife and I because he did all the work finding it. Chad was involved with the trade in and Chris with the finance. These guys along with RJ just made the whole experience fun and easy. The thing we like about this dealership is that from the first time you walk through their door starting the looking process, into the purchasing and then onto the servicing of your vehicle after the purchase this dealership is there for you 100 percent. I'd recommend anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to make this dealership your first stop. When we got to the Eastside Hyundai dealership Eric Tucker greeted us out in the parking lot, he listened to our needs and wants and brought us a beautiful white Sonata. We all went for a test drive, Eric was meticulous about calling out all of the features this car had to offer – very impressive. He even let us take the car home so that we could drive it over the weekend. When I went to negotiate the price of the car (the experience is usually like getting a root cannel) it was actually pleasant. My mother asked Eric if he could have someone come over to her house and program the garage door opener, he said that he would follow her home and program it himself. Now that’s customer service!!! I highly recommend Eric and the Eastside Hyundai dealership! More

Can't beat Schofield Hyundai period I stopped by last fall just to take a look - after all my first and only Hyundai was (key word) a 2003, still looking and running good! I really didn't need a car, was ready for an update but didn't like the new car pricing. On top of that, I'm a person who doesn't buy unless every little detail makes me happy - and it might take awhile to get to that point! Honestly, I have looked at and researched all kinds of makes and models and decided I wasn't going to by new. So, if I was going to buy anything, it came down to "knowing it when I saw it." As luck would have it, I was fortunate enough to meet RJ way back when. What can I say - he's just the right kind of low key, smart about his product, informative, attentive to what you've got in mind, no pressure, understands your budget kind of guy - and obviously patient! About the time I'd given up once again, RJ took a chance to show me something based on my color preference but out of budget. What can I say! This vehicle was PERFECT in every way shape and form and heartache at the same time. So - How did I end up going home with my hearts delight??? Because RJ and Jeremy in financing cared enough to make it workable for me!
