Dangerous Steering Problem missed by technician not fixed I purchased a Jeep Commander and after driving the vehicle a week, problems with the steering in reverse and drive is getting worst, rattling noise fr I purchased a Jeep Commander and after driving the vehicle a week, problems with the steering in reverse and drive is getting worst, rattling noise from underneath. The vehicle wasn't delivered very clean on the 2nd and third row floor. The vehicle was armoured inside and outside to make it look like the vehicle was ready for delivery. I advised the sales person, Michael Cooley, about it but supposedly when I brought the vehicle back in, the vehicle would be detailed but It was not. The service dept manager (Coy) was advised several times about the problems with the vehicle but he and the technician claims that they can not find the problems. I have talked with the sales manager(Chad Allen), about the problems and he heard the rattling noise but failed to have the technician look at the vehicle to find out where it's coming from. The steering problem is getting worst and is very dangerous when the steering is hard to turn in reverse and drive. I haven't had the vehicle not quite a month and the dealership doesn't want to repair the problems. The steer is a very dangerous problem while driving and I advised Chad Allen about and he states he can not fix the problem and I advised him that the I have not had the vehicle 30 days and this is a problem that the technician did not put on the service inspection sheet and this is a problem that the technician missed. I left a message for Chad on 6/22/15 and as of 6/23/15 still haven't gotten a call back,Not good customer service. I had faith in purchasing a vehicle from Scholfield but now a very dangerous steering was missed by their technician, they do not want to fix it. It's better to fix the problem than let the dangerous steering problem cause a person their life.. This is NOT RIGHT.... More
