Honest, no pressure, helpful. Great to work with. I totaled my car; and needed a replacement. I did not want to run all over town to "look". I knew the basics of what I wanted, an approximate price, I totaled my car; and needed a replacement. I did not want to run all over town to "look". I knew the basics of what I wanted, an approximate price, etc. Hyundai was recommended to me; so I started there. I told the salesman before even coming in, that if he was honest with me and there was no pressure, I would leave with a car. He said that he was there to provide what I needed and assure that I was happy, whether I bought a car or not. He was every bit of that. We discussed what I needed, what I thought I wanted and what was available. He started down the list of what was available on the lot; and when he came to "the one", I knew immediately it was my car. We looked at it, took a test drive and it was everything I needed and more. It is a beautiful car with features I never knew existed or dreamed I would have. Since I won't put thousands of miles on it being retired, he advised me what would work best for me -- not what he wanted to sell. I am thrilled with my new car. I will tell everyone where it came from and who they should check with when they need a vehicle. More

We drove several cars and were still not sure and wanted to try other brands. We started again the next Saturday at the KIA dealership and found something we liked. However, they were doing the same old "talk to my manager" stuff with pressure and as we talked they added this and that until the car was above budget. We drove several other makes and some were nice and some pushy, so we went back to Hatchett. Our sales person Steve Johnson and his manager Jack Stevens were excellent and let us take a car home for the night. My wife loved the Sonata Limited and we purchased the following day. My wife dreaded going to the dealership as we have done that many times but was very pleasantly surprised by the finance lady Lisa Rouse as she was efficient and we spent minimal time closing the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership and the folks that work there. We are very pleased with this dealership. More

We bought both of them and I asked him to look for a third one. Paul was very easy to work with and found exactly what I wanted.
