Quick and easy We arrived knowing exactly what we wanted as we had looked previously and also have some family members with the same type of car. The car with the options we wanted was not available in Wichita,but Jeff was able locate the car we wanted at a dealership in a neighboring state. We arrived near closing time at the dealership, but no one minded staying late to make sure we were taken care of. Two days later, the car was delivered to the Wichita dealership - it was checked and cleaned, and we picked it up that night. Everyone was very friendly and it was a very positive experience. This time around I presented Matt with a very specific list of criteria and gave him only an 8 day window to find us our perfect vehicle and seal the deal! He was able to complete the task in just two days! The second vehicle we drove ended up being THE ONE. He walked us through all of the necessary paperwork and introduced us to Jeremy in Finance who was able to get me a lower interest rate, while still using my preferred Credit Union. I was very impressed with the fact that they were able to meet all of our needs and get us a car that fits our family and our budget!
