Chad is calm and professional at all times during negotiations. The service staff is friendly. There is one area for improvement I noticed. During finance closing the customer should be given the option to fully read and go over the documents in private without the finance guy present so that the customer can review the documents completely without a sense of urgency. A careful reading of the contract could take over two hours and the sales contract has an arbitration clause that sharply limits statutory contract rights. This forced arbitration should be removed from the contract. By the time you've spend 10 hours picking the car, dealership and deal you are not going to back out because of an arbitration clause that limits your legal rights. More

My husband and I were so impressed with how Matt Gerstner met us outside, and welcomed us in to the showroom. He took a personal interest in what we were needing. We were looking at the Elantra, because it was at the lower end of the price range. Then Matt told us about the 2015 Sonata Sport, which had 4600 miles on it and had been used as a service department loaner vehicle. It was so much classier and bigger and when I drove it...wow what a dream car. Matt was great explaining all the features of the new car, as we had been driving used cars, our last new car was purchased in 1988. We had a return appointment scheduled for later that day with another dealership, but we were treated so well at Scholfield Hyundai East that we canceled our appointment. These people know what customer service is all about, and they treat you well. Our experience with Jeremy Koehn was awesome. When we talked with Jeremy, we didn't think that he would be able to get us into the Sonata financially speaking, but that was not the case! He made it all happen! Thank you, Jeremy! More

When I arrived, the car was having a few updates and wouldn't be available for a few days. Raul was so friendly and helpful in making sure I had a loaner vehicle to get home in. PLUS he personally drove my new Santa Fe all the way to Kansas City when it was complete. All the employees were helpful, but Raul really went out of his way to make sure I received the car I wanted at a great price. The service is phenomenal! More
