Take it or leave it. Everything came as a package - take it or leave it. The price for these two items was never really the issue - it was the principal. More

Life time warranty I have the life time power terrain warranty on my vehicle, which is great, except that I have to get my oil changed an my tires rotated on a regular s I have the life time power terrain warranty on my vehicle, which is great, except that I have to get my oil changed an my tires rotated on a regular schedule. This wouldn't be so bad, but every time that I schedule an appointment, I end up sitting in the waiting room for a minimum of 90 minutes waiting. I know for a face that it does not take more than 20-25 minutes to change oil and rotate tires. If I take the time to schedule an appointment, they should make sure they can actually get my car in then, not 45 minutes later. The bad part is, that to maintain my warranty I don't have a choice but to keep coming back and getting these services done here. More

Midwest Kia, particularly, had very POOR customer service. I do not say that flippantly; I was a returning Kia customer, having purchased and leased two Fortes previously. But after this most recent experience with them, I think I would rather chew glass than ever return there again. However, the associates at Scholfield were not only professional in every way, they were extremely helpful and provided me with OUTSTANDING customer service. They picked out the car for me, after I gave them my expectations, and got me right in the price range I needed to be at, with no hassle and no run-around. No hype, no fuss, and by the time I got there to sign, everything was ready to go. As a busy nursing student, I am extremely grateful for their efficiency, and the ease with which I was able to get into my new Elantra VE. More
