Hyundai East had the only second hand car that I had on my list so it was my first stop. The warm welcome that I received from Raul was greatly appreciated. He informed me that the car was on the West side dealers lot but he would drive me over to look at the car. I drove the car back to the East side lot which gave me a great test drive. I was given a fair value for my trade so i purchased the car. The car was cleaned had the oil changed and had a safety inspection while I completed the paperwork. Because it was Black Friday I got a new HP Laptop as a gift. Excellent overall experience would definitely recommend this dealership. More
A Dream My wife and I have bought a new car every 3-4 years for the last 30 years or so. This is the first time we've visited Scholfield Hyundai. RJ, Chris an My wife and I have bought a new car every 3-4 years for the last 30 years or so. This is the first time we've visited Scholfield Hyundai. RJ, Chris and Jeremy were very friendly and helpful. It DID NOT feel like a torturous event buying from them. They never tried to pressure us and answered all our questions. Would recommend highly to anyone!!!!! Will be back!!! More

It was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Great staff. Very attentive and full of answers. I have had the misfortune of returning to this dealership on two separate occasions for scheduled service on my car. The first was a simple oil change (first oil change). Nothing special. 3 hours of waiting and finally get done. The service manager noticed my sour looks and asked me if everything was ok. I explained it all to him and he gave me his card and said the next oil change and tire rotation was on the house and they would provide a loaner vehicle to make it up to me. I left pretty impressed with his offer to make me happier. A few days before my next appointment I sent 2 emails and attempted to contact him by phone but no response. i attended my appointment and noticed on the invoice the exact verbiage I had typed in my email about the service managers offer. Nothing was ever said to me and I am not the type to cause a scene in a business over things such as this. This service, 3 hours later cost me considerably more than I had anticipated. (Especially since it was supposed to be free) I sent a facebook message to the dealership and expressed my displeasure. They stated in their facebook message in response they would forward my complaint to the Lead Service manager for the company and he would contact me. I realize he is probably very busy so I gave it a considerable amount of time. This message was sent on October 20, 2015. Still no answer. Very disappointed. I was so happy with how the sale went, but I have been ruined by the service after the sale. I do not like doing public complaining but I want people who can make a difference to see these complaints. More

Great! A man (whose name I do not remember) greeted me in the parking and asked if he could help. I told him I wanted to look at a new car I had seen during A man (whose name I do not remember) greeted me in the parking and asked if he could help. I told him I wanted to look at a new car I had seen during a service appointment the previous day. As he escorted me inside he asked if I had talked to a salesman. I said no. I later remembered a year or so previously I had talked to a salesman. I do not remember his name. The greeter then brought RJ Anderson to me. RJ asked brief questions and listened. He was well informed on the vehicles. He never tried to pressure; he answered my questions and asked questions to explore my wishes. I enjoyed him as a person; he could be a real friend. Best car salesman I have had the pleasure to buy from. Jeremy Koehn made the financing procedure and all its many forms a pleasant experience. He was knowledgable and friendly. My experience with the service manger (he gave me his card) was a motivating reason to return the next day to investigate buying the new car the very next day. Barry Stanley More
