Always friendly and helpful I purchased my first Hyundai Tuscon in 2012 which was 2 years old and in excellent condition, loved it! I enjoyed my experience from the service department for oil changes and minor repairs, tire purchases and the friendly conversations with the staff namely Steve Parrett during the past 4 years. So, when my husband suggested I look at a brand new Tuscon for trade in I was ecstatic! Well, what I wanted was difficult to find, and just when I was starting to dig in for the search my husband threw a xxxxxx wrench in the process (no pun intended) and insisted I drive a Sante Fe. Well, lo and hold I liked it! After not being able to find exactly what I wanted in features on the Sante Fe- I went back to my first passion---the Tuscon. Thank goodness for Steve Parrett--he had mountains of patience and also purchase agreements:-) He found the vehicle of my dreams and had it delivered the same day- purchased the vehicle and took it on trip the next day!! I can'at say enough great things about Steve- he was extremely helpful and persistent on trying to find me the vehicle I wanted....even when I thought it couldn't be done! Thank you Steve for all your efforts- you made buying my Tuscon an extremely positive experience! -Leah Doshier More

I have used the service department here for my Toyota as well, because they treat customers so well, and the people at Toyota will NEVER receive business from me again. 20 Years of Great Experiences My family have been customers of the Scholfield dealerships since 1996. Between me and my wife (9 vehicles), immediate family (8 vehicles), and close My family have been customers of the Scholfield dealerships since 1996. Between me and my wife (9 vehicles), immediate family (8 vehicles), and close friends we have purchased or leased 17 vehicles in the last 20 years. Every experience has not been perfect, some were the short comings on our side and some on the side of the dealerships; however, as our history with them shows, we have always returned when it is time for a vehicle and have every intention on continuing to do so. Currently our family owns or leases 8 vehicles that were acquired at Scholfield and 7 of these are Hyundai’s. My last visit happens to be one of those instances where the short coming was on our side. We have run into an identity issue and this has led to some questions about my financial stability. With this in mind my salesman, R.J. Anderson worked very diligently to not only find a vehicle that I would be satisfied with (and I am picky), some of this conducted while on vacation; but also worked very hard with his associate Chris Hott to go above and beyond with Hyundai Motor Finance to ensure them of my loyalty and commitments in order to secure financing during this difficult time. I want to express to the Scholfield management team and to Hyundai Motors that, although every visit is not as perfect as it could be (after 20 years... sometimes “life” happens), it is much more than I expect every time (and I expect a lot). Job well done We were just checking out options for our daughter as she has leased a Elantra for the last two and half years. Her lease would be over in September.. Also we had discussed between ourselves of leasing an Elantra the next time. So while we were there we just asked to see what options were available at this time. 'Raul' our salesman did an excellent job in getting us the best deal possible. As for our daughter, she is going to wait till her lease is up in September. More

MY ELANTRA GT THE SALESMAN WAS FRIENDLY ENOUGH BUT THE TIME I SPENT WAITING TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK WAS EXCESSIVE, I SPENT 3 HOURS AT THE DEALERSHIP WHEN I WENT TO PI THE SALESMAN WAS FRIENDLY ENOUGH BUT THE TIME I SPENT WAITING TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK WAS EXCESSIVE, I SPENT 3 HOURS AT THE DEALERSHIP WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR, WHICH 1.5 HR WAS WAITING TO SIGN THE PAPER WHICH THE SALESMAN TRIED TO FILL IN WITH CONVERSATION AND UPDATS AS TO TIME I HAD TO WAIT FOR PAPERWORK TO BE READY. THE DAY AFTER I TOOK THE CAR HOME I NOTICED A SCRATCH IN THE CONSUL AREA THE SALES MANAGER WAS CONTACTED AFTER I WAIT TO WEEKS FOR A RETURN CALL FROM SERVICE. WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER THAT VISIT THE PART WAS AVAILABLE AND IS SCHEDULED FOR REPLACEMENT. EVEN THO THERE WERE SOME COMMUNICATION ISSUES THEY WERE QUICKLY ADDRESSED AND I AM HAPPY WITH MY NEW CAR.
