Ryan Miller was the salesman who worked with me, during the vehicle selection. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Ryan even stayed after normal business hours to help me shuttle my new Hyundai home. Jeremy Koehn was the Business Manager who worked diligently to create the financing package that I specifically needed. Jeremy did a great job explaining all of the financial paperwork and made sure I had a clear understanding about every aspect of the transaction. Both of these gentlemen were very open and comfortable to talk with. I did not experience any stereotypical high pressure sales tactics. As a result of the time I spent working with Ryan and Jeremy I truly believe they are honest and trustworthy men. Eric asked us a few questions and then took us on a test drive on the 2016 Azera. We both loved the vehicle, we have had 3 Toyota Avalon's since 2005 and they were good cars for us, we just got tired of the same body design, and Eddy's Toyota having a very large turnover in sales force. And, when we looked on their lot at Avalons in the past few weeks, they did not know their products, one salesman tried to tell us the XLE was a Limited. Wrong, we took him to the rear of the Avalon to show him on the trunk lid. Now I'm vented, I can't stress how important it was to work with Eric, he located the color we wanted, had it brought from Nebraska in 2 days. We finished the paper work with Lisa Mnday evening, and received a phone call from Eric that the car was in on Wednesday, so we met with Eric at 230PM and were out of the dealership in less than 2 hours.
